Accommodation

Accommodation is included in the registration fee. This includes full board accommodation from Sunday 14 evening (dinner included) until Sunday 21 morning (breakfast included). The room must be returned before Sunday 22 before 10:00 a.m.

You will be accommodated in a single room (1 person per room) or will have to share your room with one or two other participants.

The conference will take place on site at the AZUREVA center in dedicated spaces.

Transport:

Particpants are responsible for organizing their transport to the Azureva center.

For your arrival and/or departure, you can contact the Azureva center directly to request  up-to-date information about local taxi services.

Métabief being a village and the number of  taxis being limited, it is strongly advisable to book in advance.

The organizing committee is unable to organize your transport.
